There is a great opportunity right now to protect thousands of acres of land for tomorrow’s generations. The Land and Water Conservation Bond Act of 2007 would provide funds to protect our rivers, parks, farms, forests, and historic places. The proposal is for the state to increase its investment in land and water conservation by $1 billion over five years to fund the protection of these places that matter all over our state.
